A research paper on a wide band phase shifter designed on our PH25 GaAs 0.25 pHEMT process has been published by Mr Mauro Ferrari and Luca Piattella from Elettronica S.p.A. in the International Journal of Microwave and Wireless Technologies, Cambridge University Press and the European Microwave Association, 2015.
