The United Monolithic Semiconductors Group is constituted by the Parent company United Monolithic Semiconductors Holding S.A.S. that owns the two following affiliates (“Affiliates”) :

  • UNITED MONOLITHIC SEMICONDUCTORS SAS, a French company having its registered office at 10 Avenue du Quebec- Silic 521, 91 946 COURTABOEUF Cedex, France
  • UNITED MONOLITHIC SEMICONDUCTORS GmbH, a German company having its registered office at Wilhelm Runge Strasse 11, 89081 ULM
