UMS PH10-10 very low noise pHEMT technology has been successfully space evaluated with the support of the French and European Space Agencies (CNES & ESA).
This technology, available in foundry mode, is suitable for very low noise applications up to W-band. During the space evaluation and to complete the electrical and environmental reliability tests, radiations tests (TID, DD & SEE) have been successfully performed.
The technology is listed in the EPPL issue of January 2016.
