CHA7060-QAB, a new GaN HPA in QFN package for 6 and 8GHz telecom bands

This new 2 stage circuit is a 5.6 to 8.5GHz HPA reaching 12W output power over 6-9GHz band.

 

 

The CHA7060-QAB features a high linearity of -33dB EVM @ 34dBm average Pout and 30dB gain. It exhibits an excellent PAE of 40% @ 41dBm Pout.

 

This product is particularly well suited for 6 / 7 and 8 GHz telecom applications.

 

It is designed on a 0.15µm GaN HEMT UMS proprietary technology.
