The CHP3010a98F is a new version of the existing CHP3010-99F which integrates BCB layer protection.
This 6-bit 1.2-1.4GHz phase shifter offers a 0-360° range with an excellent RMS phase error of 1.5°. It presents a very good I/O matching under all states. A CMOS and TTL compatible 0/+3.3V and 0/+5V interface is available on chip.
It is mainly designed for Radar system use but can serve numerous other applications
