UMS’ Foundry has released two ADS Process Design Kits.
The new PPH15X-20 PDK now integrates the DRC option which allows designers to verify automatically the generated layouts.
The GaN GH25 PDK has been updated to:
Take into account a better FET accuracy at high frequency for Ku band applications by modeling refinement
Integrate temperature effects in Cold Transistor models (to complete the temperature effect within our GaN active devices models).
