CHA8254-99F a new power Doherty Power Amplifier

A high performance solution for your space applications in K-band

The CHA8254-99F is the new Power Amplifier proposed by UMS. It covers the frequency band 17.3-20.3GHz. Thanks to its Doherty architecture, it exhibits an excellent PAE: 31% for Pin 20dBm and 27% for Pin 14dBm @ 6 dB Back off.

Thanks to it low biasing voltage (DC Bias: Vd 15V @ Idq_main=210mA @ Idq_peak 15mA), the CHA8254-99F maintain a low junction temperature below 160°C in saturation that meet Space stringent Reliability requirement

 

The CHA8254-99F is dedicated to space applications and all highly performance systems.

It is designed on a UMS GaN proprietary 0.15µm process and proposed in bare die.
