The CHA6550-98F is a 3 stage GaAs wideband HPA with a differential mode power detector at the output. 15dB gain control can be achieved adjusting the gate voltage.
The circuit exhibits an excellent linearity and is compatible with the latest generation of Digital Pre-Distorsion techniques. The product is fully ESD protected.
