Microtechnologist
This is a 3-year dual education; dual means that the training company and the vocational school jointly fulfill an educational mission. The vocational school, which usually takes place once a week, has, among other things, the task of providing vocational and general learning content as well as a vocational capability that combines professional and general skills of a humane and social nature.
In practical training, skills and knowledge in the field of semiconductor technology or microsystems technology are applied and deepened. This includes in particular knowledge of integrated semiconductors, customer-specific circuits (ASICs) as well as thin and thick film technology and lithography, but also skills such as retooling, testing and preventive maintenance of production facilities.
We are looking for motivated students from diverse engineering fields and offer internships, working student programmes, thesis positions and doctorates.
