UMS to speak at the upcoming Benelux RF&IC Conference

We are excited to announce that Eric Leclerc, Marketing Manager at UMS, will be presenting at the upcoming RF & IC Conference — a key annual event bringing together RF and integrated circuit experts from the Benelux countries.

Eric will take the stage with a presentation entitled: “Beyond Silicon: III‑V Technologies Powering the Next High Linearity, High Power RF and mmWave Revolution”.

His talk will highlight:

• UMS’ latest breakthroughs in III‑V semiconductor technologies
• Our new GaN GH10 process, designed for high‑frequency, high‑efficiency, and robust RF performance
• Application‑driven circuit examples, including power amplifiers and integrated RF functions developed in‑house or by customers through our foundry services
• How these technologies enable higher integration density, improved linearity, and enhanced power capability for next‑generation RF, microwave, and mmWave systems
