New Product Introduction: CHA1452-QDG

UMS is proud to announce the most recent addition to their UMS product portfolio:
CHA1452-QDG, a 30-44GHz Low Noise Amplifier.

This new product t is available in 4×4 plastic package. Designed for space applications, it is also ideal for a wide range of microwave systems. This new product is developed using GaAs pHEMT process and is provided on low cost SMD RoHS compliant QFN plastic package.
