  • Disabled people : in UMS we are engaged in providing adequate working conditions to our disabled employees. Additionally UMS has been participating to the “Duodays” in France in 2021 and 2022, the aim of this day being to give some disabled students the opportunity to discover our activities and jobs

Investing in young Talents

 

In UMS Villebon, we do believe in apprenticeship and have been developing in this domain.

Besides, we also regularly integrate PhD students for a 3-year partnership with their Universities through the CIFRE French programme. Last we have been supporting for many years the FCIL training programme that allows young technicians to acquire specific skills in RF domains over a one-year training prgramme shared between a University and UMS.
