The CHA4253a98F is a 4 stage 17-24GHz Medium Power Amplifier

 

This circuit features an excellent gain of 26dB and a very high OIP3 of 35dBm.

Well suited for Point to Point and K-band applications, the CHA4253a98F covers also a wide range of commercial communication systems.

 

This circuit is designed on a UMS proprietary 0.15µm gate length pHEMT process

This product also exists in QFN (CHA4253aQQG) and in SMD hermetic package (CHA4253-FAB)
