UMS to speak at IEEE’s Radio & Wireless Week

UMS is kicking off its 2026 event season with IEEE’s RWW which will take place in Los Angeles from 18-21 January with 2 presenters:

Giap Luong will present a paper on “Ultra-Wideband 18–42 GHz, 2W, 15% PAE Distributed Power Amplifier MMIC on 0.1μm GaN-on-SiC for Advanced Wireless Systems” in the session PAWR – Advanced Circuit Design and Topologies 2.

Romain Mathieu will present a paper on “PA Design for Linearity / PAWR Workshop, Sunday Jan 18th 2026, 13:30 Le sujet de la présentation sera : GaN-on-SiC Technology for 5G and 6G” as part of the PAWR Workshop.
