UMS customer quality team is acting as the primary interface for quality related topics with all our valued customers.

Customer expressed and implied expectations are at the core of our activities thanks to a close collaboration with our Key Account Managers and Regional Sales Managers.

Our mission is to continuously improve customer satisfaction by ensuring UMS efficient and effective processes.

To that way, together with Process, Product and Field Application Engineers, the team is fully committed in providing a variety of responsive support services to our customers, including:

  • The communication and management of major product or process changes
  • The communication and management of waiver requests,
  • The collaboration on problem solving activities thanks to our technical diagnosis expertise,
  • The organization and management of customer audits.
