The CHA4395-QDG is a three-stage GaAs Medium Power Amplifier operating between 21GHz and 27GHz. This amplifier provides 23dBm maximum output power with 15% Power Added Efficiency and 21dBm Output Power at 1dB gain compression. The circuit exhibits a typical small signal gain of 22dB.
This Medium Power Amplifier is well suited for a wide range of Telecom applications including RADAR and Space Communications.
