New opportunity to join UMS GH15 GaN and PH10 GaAs Shared foundry runs

UMS is pleased to add a couple of opportunities to participate to its Shared Foundry Runs 2022.

 

UMS opens new shared foundry runs on our 0.15µm GaN-on-SiC GH15 technology and PH10 very low noise GaAs pHEMT.

 

  • GH15: The deadline for registration is  November, 2. GDS files should be submitted by November, 15 at the latest.
  • PH10: The deadline for registration is  December, 5. GDS files should be submitted by  December, 15 at the latest.
