To increase its Shared foundry run offer, UMS is pleased to add a new opportunity to participate
UMS opens a new shared foundry run on our 0.25µm GaN-on-SiC GH25 technology in June 2022. The deadline for registration is 20th of May. GDS files should be submitted by the 3rd of June at the latest.
