In a significant milestone, UMS became the first supplier to have a plastic QFN packaging platform for GaN MMICs evaluated by CNES and listed in ESA’s EPPL Note 19, opening new doors for compact and cost-effective space designs. UMS also plays a key role in the fast-growing “New Space” sector, supplying cost-effective, high-performance solutions for LEO constellations.
